CSGID Users

You need to log in to the interface before downloading diffraction images. Upload diffraction images by using ftp to ftp.csgid.org as user csgid, password may be obtained from support@csgid.org. To upload images for a PDB deposit, for example 3xyz, you should first tar and compress images into a single file, whose name should contain PDB id: e.g. 3xyz.tar.gz. You may also upload uncompressed images, by creating a directory named 3xyz and placing your images there.

SSGCID Users

You may download and upload diffraction images from SSGCID by using ftp to ftp.csgid.org. Login to ftp as user "csgid" or "ssgcid"; password may be obtained from support@csgid.org. To upload images for a PDB deposit, for example 3xyz, you should first tar and compress images into a single file, whose name should contain PDB id: e.g. 3xyz.tar.gz. You may also upload uncompressed images, by creating a directory named 3xyz and placing your images there.

Other Users

Diffraction images for structures deposited by CSGID and SSGCID are available for download on our ftp server. Please register to obtain access to the server.
